Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far in my Fitness and Modelling career. I wanted to write an about me to share with you my successes and failures. I want to share the highs and lows of my journey, just as all of the people I coach and train have shared with me there's. I fell in love with nutrition and fitness so much I made the decision to study my Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness in 20...... and become a personal trainer. I want to inspire women to show them and coach them on a healthy lifestyle that will help th reach their goals and be the best they can be.

Too many times girls are just uneducated on nutrition and believe that under-nourishing their bodies will lead to weight loss and help them achieve the body that they desire. I really hope that combining my love for modelling and fitness that I can educate these women and be a positive and healthy role model for them."
